# SCpanel v1.3.2 — Final Operations Rebuild

## Scope
- Fixed Monitor API/UI service-health mismatch.
- Fixed Admin → User impersonation and Return to Admin CSRF token regeneration.
- Rebuilt service inventory path with persistent cache and background refresh.
- Service Manager now reads cached inventory on page load and supports explicit inventory rebuild.
- App Store version selector refuses unverified repository defaults and supports installed-version visibility/reinstall selection.
- Website PHP choices are limited to installed or OS-repository-verified runtimes.
- Website enable/edit/delete paths use safer validate/reload transaction behavior with restoration on failure.
- Software configuration save now requires a safe validator before reload; Docker JSON and BIND validators added.
- Preserved v1.3.0 website engine, routing, Gunicorn, health/version APIs, migration and release hardening.
