# SIKON Cpanel v1.3.2P1 — Database Manager + Login UI

## Database Manager — MUST
- Real MariaDB/MySQL database create/delete operations.
- Safe database rename using dump/import because MariaDB/MySQL do not provide a generic `RENAME DATABASE` operation.
- Live host, port, server version and database disk-usage reporting from `information_schema`.
- Database user create, password rotation and delete.
- Database-level privilege grant/revoke with an explicit allow-list.
- System schemas are excluded from the manager.
- User-panel database access is account-scoped; database and username prefixes prevent cross-account ownership claims.
- Provider abstraction is prepared for future PostgreSQL support; PostgreSQL operations remain disabled in v1.3.2P1.

## Login UI
- Rebuilt Admin and User login pages from the previous under-styled form layout.
- Added branded split-screen desktop design, secure-state indicator, responsive mobile layout, improved fields and sign-in button.
- Preserved HTTPS routing, CSRF token handling, secure cookies and login throttling.

## Preserved from v1.3.1
- Domains + DNS manager.
- Dynamic Service Manager and PHP runtime/service detail.
- PHP 8.1–8.5 repository preparation/verification.
- Task Center, Monitor, App Store, Website Manager and security hardening.

## Validation
- Python compile: PASS
- Bash syntax: PASS
- Jinja template parse: PASS
- Dependency-free regression contracts: PASS
- Full Flask runtime smoke test was not executed in the build container because Flask is not installed and the container has no network package access. VM installer smoke tests remain the authoritative runtime gate.

## v1.3.2P1 Fixes
- Fixed Database Manager 500 errors when the MariaDB/MySQL client exists but the database server is temporarily unavailable.
- Added phpMyAdmin to App Store as a real package-managed Database application.
- Added Open phpMyAdmin actions to Admin/User Database Manager and App Store; the link opens in a new browser tab and redirects to the normal HTTP/HTTPS web endpoint.
- Added safe Apache phpMyAdmin configuration validation/reload when the distro package exposes its Apache configuration.
