## Email System MUST
- Real Postfix + Dovecot virtual mailbox workflow.
- Mailbox create/delete, password change, enable/disable and quota.
- Forwarders and Dovecot Sieve autoresponder workflow.
- Postfix virtual maps and Dovecot passwd-file/LMTP integration are managed only through SCpanel-owned files/snippets.
- SPF + DMARC starter DNS records and OpenDKIM key generation/configuration workflow.
- OpenDKIM is a separate App Store service; no private key is exposed in DNS/UI output.
- Admin and account-scoped User Email Manager.
- Mail domains are restricted to domains assigned to the hosting account for User operations.
- Existing unrelated Postfix/Dovecot configuration is not replaced wholesale.

## Validation
Source-level compile, route, template and regression checks pass. Real apt/systemd/Postfix/Dovecot/OpenDKIM operations require a target Ubuntu/Debian VM and are not claimed as executed in the build container.
